The Altamonte Springs City Commission on March 17 adopted Resolution 1476 to approve Supplemental Agreement #1 to the Local Agency Program (LAP) agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the Spring Lake Trail Project. Mayor Bates opened a public hearing on the supplemental agreement; no members of the public spoke before the commission closed the hearing.
