Council moves ordinance to second reading to dissolve Economic Development Committee
On a 7–0 roll call, the council advanced Ordinance No. 26-00 (first reading) to dissolve the City's Economic Development Committee; the ordinance will return for a second reading.

Mayor Sanoica read Ordinance No. 26-00 into the record during the Jan. 27 council meeting. The ordinance would dissolve the Economic Development Committee of the City of Rolling Meadows. Alderperson Boucher moved consideration for first reading and Alderperson O’Brien seconded. The roll call vote was unanimous, 7–0, and the ordinance was scheduled to proceed to second reading.
