Staff described recent and upcoming work on the criteria document used to define design‑build procurement. Presenters said the criteria architect work and a July workshop are complete, TAC workshops are ongoing and DLR will revise programming and begin schematic design from August through November before the team issues an RFQ to qualify design‑build firms.
