Committee members discussed a proposal to purchase permit, licensing and code-compliance software from CivicPlus for $58,650. "The Building Commissioner explained the many advantages of purchasing the PLF software," the meeting record says, noting the vendor package covers permitting, licensing, code compliance and contractor registration and that the price does not include iPads or vehicle Wi‑Fi devices for inspectors.
