At its May 4 special meeting, the Ricardo ISD Board recorded one formal vote: trustees voted 4-0 to authorize the superintendent to negotiate a letter of intent and related sales agreement for property west of district-owned land near U.S. Highway 77. The motion was made by Rosanna Arevalo and seconded by Angela Bull.
