At the conclusion of the July 15 budget workshop, Trustee Teresa May moved to adjourn and Trustee Rodney Malin seconded. The motion passed 4–0 with three trustees absent (Tracy Hubert Beadle, Crystal Ramirez-Garcia, Michael Valenzuela). The board adjourned at 5:53 p.m.
