Council reported that the camera study of Elliott Ranch Well No. 2 was completed and that footage has been delivered to the city engineer and consultants for review. Staff said contractors "did it on that day, the Friday that they were supposed to do it," and that the footage and results have been provided to the city's engineering team for analysis.
