After returning from executive session, the board voted to adopt the presented scoring matrix and authorized administration to negotiate and enter into a contract with LAN for program management services on the 2025 bond, within budgeted purchasing authority. The motion noted that if a contract cannot be negotiated, administration may proceed with the next most qualified firm.
