The Savoy ISD Board approved the Region 10 Master Interlocal Agreement during its Nov. 10 meeting. The motion, made by Drew Saltzman and seconded by Sandy Petree, carried with five yea votes, one abstention (Jeff Francis) and one absent member (Joe Gilbert).
