Comal County extends developer surety for Gatehouse Unit 2 roads and drainage
The court approved Amendment No. 1 to irrevocable standby letter of credit FTFC 24438, extending the developer's one-year surety for construction of roads and stormwater drainage in Gatehouse Unit 2 and authorized the county judge to sign the agreement.

County staff described ongoing construction in Gatehouse Unit 2 and recommended a one-year extension of the developer's irrevocable standby letter of credit (FTFC 24438) to secure completion of roads and stormwater drainage work. Robert Boyd said construction is underway and requested additional time to finish the improvements.
