During the Aug. 18 meeting, the Santa Rosa ISD Board approved the consent agenda by a 7–0 vote on a motion from Trustee Rachel Olivarez and second from Trustee Juan M. Perez. Key items recorded under consent included approval of July 2025 board minutes, the August 2025 budget amendment, a Region One MOU for library virtual services for $3,954.12, a Buckner Children and Family Services MOU for 2025–2026, a Raymondville ISD technology MOU, the district T‑TESS calendar for 2025–2026, an unemployment compensation renewal for $19,484.00, and athletic department donations.
