Santa Rosa Independent School District Board President Alissa Perez opened a public tax‑rate hearing on Sept. 15, 2025, and said the meeting was being held by videoconference to allow public participation. "I, Alissa Perez, Board President, am calling the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m.," she said.
