The Santa Rosa ISD Board of Trustees voted on Aug. 7 to adopt revisions to Board Policy FNCE (Legal) and (Local) regarding cell‑phone guidelines so the district complies with HB1481. Secretary Kelly R. Ballin moved the change and Trustee Rene Flores seconded; the motion passed 4–0.
