Santa Rosa ISD board holds public hearing on 2023-24 TAPR; highlights graduation rate and assessment gaps
The Santa Rosa ISD Board of Trustees convened a public hearing on Feb. 17, 2025, to review the district's 2023-24 Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR), including STAAR, EOC and graduation data. Santa Rosa Independent School District Board President Kelly R. Ballin called the special public hearing to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2025, and said the meeting would be conducted by videoconference under the Open Meetings Act procedures announced by Governor Abbott. The hearing presented the district's 2023-24 Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR) and accompanying data on STAAR, EOC, graduation, attendance and discipline.
