The Santa Rosa ISD's TAPR materials presented on Feb. 17 include grade-by-grade Reading STAAR outcomes for 2023-24. The district recorded Approaches-level rates of 52% (3rd), 68% (4th), 75% (5th), and 78% (8th); Meets and Masters percentages were notably lower across most elementary grades.
