The Santa Rosa Independent School District Board of Trustees convened a special public hearing Feb. 17 to present the district's 2023-24 Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR). Board President Kelly R. Ballin called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m.; no members of the public registered comments for this hearing.
