The board revisited a proposal from the Waller County Appraisal District to purchase and renovate WCAD headquarters. Following the presentation, Trustee Melissa Woods moved—and Trustee Cori Vahalik seconded—a motion to vote NO on the WCAD resolution; the motion passed with one abstention (Elton Foster) and the remaining trustees voting yea.
