Trustees approve wellness-policy updates, procurements and facilities projects
The board unanimously approved updates to the district wellness policy, awarded RFP 2526-104 for kitchen equipment, amended the compensation plan and approved facilities and fleet safety determinations.

The Southwest ISD Board of Trustees approved a package of business and finance items on April 21. Kylee Oefinger presented recommended updates to the district Local Wellness Policy (FFA LOCAL); Trustee Daniel Carrillo moved to approve the updates and the motion carried unanimously. The board also awarded RFP 2526-104 for kitchen equipment following a motion by Trustee Ida Sudolcan and second by Trustee James Sullivan.
