Under Unfinished Business, the council recorded that Notice and Order to Correct Violation documents were issued to Higginbotham at 604 Madison and to Adcox at 608 Washington on Jan. 15, 2026. The minutes state the notices were posted and mailed (Higginbotham) and handed and mailed (Adcox) and that the Town is waiting on a response from the Town Prosecutor.
