City Engineer Tim Parker recommended a stop‑work order for Thompson Brothers Drilling, Inc.; Alderman Mason Herrin moved, seconded by Alderman Brian Grantham, to authorize and direct Mayor Gunn to sign the stop‑work order effective July 23, 2025. The board recorded a unanimous vote in favor of the motion.
