In a series of unanimous motions on April 21, the Orange County Health & Mental Health Committee approved multiple grant acceptances and capital projects. Motions carried included acceptance of $275,000 for the Healthy Neighborhoods Program (Year 5), $243,140.06 for Advanced Training Initiative funds for eligible nursing homes, and capital bonding requests of $100,000 and $125,000 for exterior door replacements (Project No. 81) and residential unit refurbishments (Project No. 77), respectively. Each motion was seconded, recorded as carried, and the committee voted in favor without dissent.
