Each motion was seconded, recorded as carried, and the committee voted in favor without dissent.
Committee members were directed to consult department staff (Laurence LaDue and Donna Strecker) with questions on monthly financial reports and details of appropriations that were distributed by email. The item for larger Valley View capital funding and the expanded wastewater treatment plant was handled separately with an extended presentation and discussion.
