On first reading, the Borough Council introduced Ordinance 2025-4, which would establish procedures and standards governing deployment of small wireless facilities in the public rights-of-way. Councilman Peter Ventrice offered the ordinance and Councilman Douglas Witte seconded the motion to introduce; the roll call to introduce the ordinance was recorded as unanimous.
