An attendee representing eastern Howard County asked clarifying questions about the portal and whether a subcommittee would be formed to assist with the ordinance while a moratorium is considered. Commissioners replied that the two-week comment period was in effect and that a committee could be formed to assist while the moratorium—if passed—would be in place.
