The board approved Item 19, a second amendment to a prior resolution and agreement with the Trumbull County Land Reutilization Corporation (the county land bank) that reduces the county's matching funds authorized for an Ohio Department of Development demolition and brownfield remediation program from $2,000,000 initially approved in 2024 down to $775,000 under the latest amendment.
