Bradley County commissioners approved placing $122,000 from the opioid fund into a designated line to purchase an EMS convalescent van. Mayor Davis said the expense "was talked about in the budget process" and that the county had not previously created the specific line item needed to pay the vendor. "It's in your budget," he told commissioners, noting the amendment simply establishes the payment source so the county can be reimbursed where appropriate.
