ECVA director says debt plan already submitted; thanks county for bond support

Annette Kerr, executive director of the Elko Convention and Visitors Authority, identified herself during public comment and said she or staff had tried to attend what she understood to be the debt management commission meeting but was unaware it was scheduled that day. Kerr said the authority must submit a debt management plan to the state by the Aug. 1 deadline and offered to present updates to the commission.
