Keystone approves APEAK Asphalt contracts for West Keystone and Montezuma underpass work
The council authorized two contracts with APEAK Asphalt for an overlay on West Keystone Road (not to exceed $174,109.17) and a mill-and-overlay at the Montezuma Road underpass (not to exceed $153,201.29); funding will come from the town's lodging‑tax revenue and the general fund.
