The board reviewed several claims: a July 24 claim for $15,429.60, a July 31 claim for $22,287.23, a biweekly claim on Aug. 4 for $13,343.65, and an additional adjusted claim on Aug. 4 with revised item amounts noted in the record. After discussion, a commissioner moved to approve the claims and payroll; the motions carried 3–0.
