Commissioners approve study into stop signs at three intersections
The board voted 3–0 to pursue a formal traffic speed study at 400 South, 600 South and 1100 East to evaluate permanent stop signs and possible speed-limit changes after prior temporary measures.

The board addressed a follow-up request for traffic control at three intersections where temporary speed reductions had been tried. The chair explained state or local rules require a formal study before installing permanent stop signs, and a commissioner moved "we do the speed study."
