City staff and representatives reported that the Public Works Facility complex construction is progressing: all three structures are forming, concrete aprons and curb-and-gutter work are scheduled, the vehicle-storage building is nearly complete, and interior mechanical/electrical work is yet to begin in earnest. Staff reported they are meeting regularly with the contractor and that the schedule remains on track for an August completion target.
