Commission approves five conditional-use permits after public hearings
After public hearings Feb. 24 and a Feb. 27 called meeting, the commission approved conditional-use permits for five properties (201 Massey Rd; 711 GA Hwy 26; 109 Nelson St; 136 Patty Dr; 454 Old Louvale Rd), subject to planning & zoning sign-off, health-department inspections and county permits.

The Commission approved five conditional-use permits (CUPs) after brief public hearings and a Feb. 27 called meeting. The permits, approved unanimously at the called meeting, allow property owners to place small or manufactured homes on lots that did not meet certain zoning or septic thresholds without negating applicable county or state requirements.
