Owyhee school construction proceeds; district seeks roughly $9–9.5 million for phase two
Superintendent Clayton Anderson reported that structural steel, framing and second-floor concrete are in place for the Owyhee combined school (phase 1); phase 2 — including a CTE building, transportation facility and parking — needs about $9–9.5 million more before bidding will begin.
