Board adopts new customer lease rate schedule, delegates adjustment authority to Ken

Ken presented a rewritten customer lease rate sheet intended to modernize rack, power and tower fees and to clarify categories for government, nonprofit, commercial and cellular tenants. He proposed maintaining existing government and nonprofit rates while establishing clearer commercial and carrier pricing, noting "we're still charging full rack space, which 45 RU is a full 7 foot rack, and that's $3,600." The schedule also includes rules for metered power and negotiated rates for clients using more than 600 watts.
