Mike Murphy of Diversified Consulting (DCS) updated the board on multiple infrastructure efforts, reporting active graveling on Grindstone Road and near‑term completion. "I think between the 2 days we've hauled over 3,000 tons of aggregate out to the road thus far," Murphy said, and he estimated the remaining work would be finished shortly. He added crews will perform spot loads and final grading and that the team will prepare shape profiles needed for a PV application to the BLM when time allows.
Murphy also said footing designs for two modular Grove/Grindstone buildings are nearly complete and that Ruby Vista engineering for the lift station and interior systems is progressing; he expected permit applications and quote packages to follow. Board members asked follow‑up questions about timelines and cooperative work with leasees; no additional funding motions were made at the time.
