District reports UPS replacements, transmitter upgrades and site maintenance plans

Operations staff reported recent outages primarily caused by failing UPS units, which have been replaced. Staff also identified a blown line fuse at Grindstone to be replaced and said new transmitter equipment for Rindon arrived and will be installed imminently; the team plans to test the equipment and program transmitters.
