After months of operational issues and financial uncertainty, Keizer council instructed staff to amend the Sports Facilities Company contract to continue operating both Keizer Little League Park and Keizer Rapids Park under a reduced management fee, require a council-reviewed backup plan for city takeover, and calendar bi‑monthly progress reports. Motion passed 6–1.
