The students said: "Hi, my name is Jasmine Marroquini and I represent Sheena Wana High School," "Hello my name is Carol Mejia and I represent Delta High School," and "Hello my name is Tais Jorge and I'm representing Pasco High High School." Lee Louder was also named as another student board representative.
Whitney said student board representatives will join table discussions so board members can hear student perspectives while prioritizing key commitments. The presence of student reps was described as part of the district's effort to center stakeholder voice in the evaluation process.
