The Gunter City Council on Feb. 5 approved an ordinance amending Chapter 13 of the city's code of ordinances to remove a redundant tree-trimming provision and to require placement of commercial collection containers to conform to Chapter 14 (zoning) Exhibit 14A Section 27.
