During the Aug. 21 meeting the committee acknowledged superintendent-approved donations and reviewed donations that require full Board approval. The agenda lists a Mason FFA Alumni Association donation under "Donations Requiring Board of Education Approval" and the committee recommended it be moved to the whole board for approval.
