Assembly votes to keep executive-session recordings confidential under attorney–client privilege
After returning from a closed legal briefing, the Anchorage Assembly adopted a motion to retain the executive-session recordings as confidential for the duration of attorney–client privilege; the motion was moved and seconded and adopted with no objections.

After the assembly returned from its executive session, a member moved that the tapes of the executive session "be kept confidential for the duration of the attorney client privilege between the municipal attorney's office and the group assembly." The motion was seconded and the chair called for objections; hearing none, the chair announced the motion was adopted.
