Montezuma County planning staff presented a proposal from Sarah Brosma and Kyle Dugan to subdivide a nearly 20‑acre parcel at 6300 Road 21, Cortez, into two lots. Don told the board the plan would retain about 5 acres and subdivide the eastern portion with a 40‑foot right‑of‑way extension to County Road 21; Road and Bridge reviewed the driveway location and indicated it would be appropriate for a future driveway permit if an owner builds.
