On a motion by Anmarie Bradley Dodd, seconded by Trent Yelsik, the board went into executive session; the motion carried with four yea votes and two absences. The board returned from closed session at about 7:40 p.m., and the board then moved to accept the executive session minutes on a motion that carried with the same tally. The minutes were recorded in the meeting record.
