The River Ridge Community Development District Board appointed longtime Pelican Sound resident Keith Merrill to the vacant Seat 1 (term through Nov. 2026). Mrs. Adams administered the Oath of Office and staff reviewed required ethics and Sunshine Law filings.

The River Ridge Community Development District Board voted unanimously Oct. 22 to appoint Keith Merrill to fill the vacant Seat 1, a term that expires in November 2026. On a motion by Chair Bob Schultz, seconded by Assistant Secretary Robert Twombly, the board approved the appointment.
