CB105, which addresses required electric‑vehicle charging infrastructure and associated permitting and maintenance responsibilities for new and substantially renovated multifamily and commercial developments, was taken up immediately after CB67. Staff described parallel amendments to remove 'EV capable' spaces, change percentage requirements to match the zoning bill (EV ready 10%, EVSE installed 5%), clarify applicability to developments in zones requiring spaces, and move the implementation date from 2025 to 2027.
