Council held a public hearing and considered the second reading of an ordinance to adopt the 2025 California Fire Code and the 2025 California Wildland-Urban Interface Code as modified by Tiburon Fire Protection District ordinance number 133. City Manager Robert noted the item had been introduced and approved on first reading the previous month and that Tiburon Fire Protection District representatives had attended for questions.
