County approves CTL and KE McCartney agreements for testing and project inspection
Commissioners authorized a $40,000 consulting agreement with CTL Engineering for material testing and a $189,058 construction-administration contract with KE McCartney & Associates for a Carlisle Township roadway project (80% ODOT, 20% OPWC).

The board approved two vendor agreements affecting county infrastructure work. Resolution No. 26-150 authorized a one-year Consulting Services Agreement with CTL Engineering, Inc. for engineering material testing and geotechnical services, not to exceed $40,000, to be charged to Sanitary Engineer Account #7100-7100-300-304-11-6200-6218. The agreement was reviewed by the county prosecutor and approved as to form.
