County approves CTL and KE McCartney agreements for testing and project inspection

The board also approved Resolution No. 26-151 to enter a contract with KE McCartney & Associates for construction administration and inspection services on the LOR-CR231-5.36 project in Carlisle Township for $189,058. The transcript notes 80% of the cost will be funded by the Ohio Department of Transportation and the remaining 20% by an Ohio Public Works Commission grant. Both motions passed unanimously.
