Members of the Winnebago County Board of Supervisors discussed adding a culvert to provide access to a retention pond and the DD 1 drainage channel so crews can inspect and clear two miles of the system. Committee member (Speaker 5) said crews had used a dozer to clear a path and asked whether the board wanted a culvert "so we have access to get down and see these problems." The conversation covered where the outlet lies, easement limits, and that the access would primarily serve county land with a small area affecting a parcel identified in the discussion as Rickles land.
