The Selectboard voted to enter executive session under 1 V.S.A. § 313 to review complaint reports prepared about board members (the record notes complaints were not filed against Ms. O’Brien). The motion was made by Mrs. O’Brien and seconded by Ms. Henderson; the board entered executive session at 7:33 p.m.
