The Lyon County Commission on Sept. 4 approved updates to Resolution 13-25, 'A Resolution Limiting Open Burning Within Unincorporated Portions of Lyon County, Kansas,' with the action recorded as a unanimous 3-0 vote (motion Duft/Bartel). County Counselor Molly Priest presented the changes to the commission and described them as minimal updates.
