Jefferson County posts RFQ for plumbing and electrical inspectors; code adoptions planned May 4
Staff told the board the county has posted a Request for Qualifications for plumbing and electrical inspectors and plan reviewers (RFQ closes May 6, 2026); staff also said the county plans to adopt the 2017 Idaho Plumbing Code and to align with the State's 2023 NEC.

John Senn, Jefferson County building official, told commissioners on April 15 that the county has posted an RFQ for plumbing and electrical inspectors and plan reviewers and expects to adopt updated codes in early May.
